Opill® CAP for Organizations:

If you are a non-profit organization that is seeking an in-kind donation of Opill®, please click here for an application and instructions.

Opill® CAP for Individuals:

If you are having trouble affording Opill®, the Opill® Cost Assistance Program (Opill® CAP) may be able to help. This program is designed to support eligible individuals by providing Opill at reduced or no cost.

Eligibility Criteria for Opill® Cost Assistance Program (CAP)

To be eligible for the Opill® CAP, individuals:
  • Must not have insurance that covers the cost of Opill®. This includes all commercial or government-provided public insurance. Public insurance includes Medicaid, Medicare, Campus/TRICARE and VA.
    Note: This insurance requirement does not apply to those who are under the age of 26 and covered on a parent or custodian’s insurance plan.
  • Have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, adjusted for household size; and
  • Reside in the U.S. or a covered U.S. territory. Covered U.S. territories include the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
