Program Name: Opill Rewards Program (“Program”)
Operator: Opill (“Opill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Participation in the Opill Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any applicable policies referenced herein.
1. Program Overview
The Opill Rewards Program is a loyalty initiative designed to reward eligible customers for lifetime spending on Opill products through Opill.com. Eligible customers may earn reward credits and, in certain tiers, free gifts upon reaching specified spending thresholds.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, a customer must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have an active Opill customer account.
- Have at least one (1) active subscription.
- Make qualifying purchases directly through Opill.com
- Be a legal resident of the United States.
- The Program is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Opill, its affiliates, or agents may be excluded from participation at Opill’s discretion.
3. Tier Structure & Qualification
Reward tiers are based on lifetime cumulative spending (excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and discounts). “Lifetime spend” means cumulative qualifying purchases made under a single Opill account, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and discounts. Once a tier threshold is reached, the customer will qualify for the associated rewards.

- Spend Requirement: At least $300 lifetime spend
- Reward: $30 Reward Credit

- After $400 lifetime spend, customers will earn a $10 reward credit for every additional $100 in qualifying spend

Qualification is determined by Opill in its sole discretion based upon verified purchase activity in its system.
4. Reward Credits
- Reward credits are applied to the eligible customer’s account once a tier is reached.
- Credits may be used only toward future eligible subscription purchase on Opill’s official website, Opill.com, and will be applied automatically to the next eligible order in accordance with these Terms.
- Reward credits:
- Have no cash value.
- Are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- May not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Expire in 365 days. Expiration periods may be shorter if required by applicable laws.
- Only one reward credit may be applied per eligible order unless otherwise stated.
- Unused credits will not be reissued if an order is canceled after application.
Opill reserves the right to modify or revoke credits in cases of fraud, abuse, or program violation.
5. Free Gifts
- Free gifts are available only for designated tiers and while supplies last.
- Gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at Opill’s discretion.
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Opill is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once fulfilled by the shipping carrier.
- Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receipt of a free gift.
6. Account Status & Adjustment
- Lifetime spend totals may be adjusted to account for refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- If a refund causes a customer to fall below a qualification threshold, Opill reserves the right to revoke or adjust associated rewards.
- Adjustments may occur after rewards have been issued.
7. Program Changes & Termination
Opill reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time.
- Make change to tier requirements, reward values, or benefits with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes will not retroactively remove rewards already issued unless required by law, fraud prevention, compliance reasons, or correction of system errors..
8. Abuse, Fraud & Misuse
Any misuse of the Program, including but not limited to manipulation of orders, multiple accounts, or fraudulent transactions, may result in:
- Loss of rewards
- Account suspension or termination
- Disqualification from future participation
- Opill reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in response to suspected misuse.
9. Privacy
Participation in the Program is subject to Opill's Privacy Policy (https://opill.com/pages/privacy). Information collected in connection with the Program will be used to administer rewards, communicate program updates, and improve customer experience.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of rewards, arising from participation in the Program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to Opill Rewards Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Michigan, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Account Integrity
Rewards are tied to a single Opill account and are non-transferable. Customers may not create multiple accounts to accumulate rewards. Opill reserves the right to consolidate or suspend accounts in cases of suspected misuse.
14. No Cash Value
All rewards, including credits and gifts, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
